Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a bowl, mix flour, butter, and powdered sugar until a dough forms.

Press dough into a greased 8×8 inch baking pan.
