  • 4 chicken thighs

  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of buttermilk
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  2. In another bowl, pour in the buttermilk.

  3. Dip each chicken thigh into the buttermilk and then dredge them in the flour mixture.

  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  5. Fry chicken until golden brown and crispy.

  6. Place fried chicken on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
