Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and 1/4 cup sugar until light and fluffy.

Mix in 1 cup flour and 1/8 tsp salt, until a soft dough forms.

Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.

Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.

While the crust is baking, whisk eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 tbsp flour, lemon juice, and lemon zest until well combined.
