How To Make Rah Rah’s Veggie Pizza

Delicious, healthy veggie pizza loaded with fresh vegetables and cheese.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1/2 zucchini, sliced
  • 1/2 mushroom, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Place the pre-made pizza crust on a baking sheet.

  3. Spread pizza sauce over the crust, leaving a 1/2 inch border.

  4. Sprinkle cheese over the sauce.

  5. Add all the diced and sliced vegetables.

  6. Sprinkle dried oregano and garlic powder on top.

  7. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

  8. Drizzle with a little olive oil.

  9. Bake for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

  10. Serve hot.
