How To Make Pasta House Lemon Sorbet Recipe
A delightful frozen dessert with a bright and tangy lemon flavor.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
Instructions

Combine sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.

Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and zest.

Pour mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for 30 minutes.

Remove from freezer, stir mixture and scrape the frozen bits from the edges into the center.

Freeze for another 2-3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.

Serve in chilled bowls, garnished with lemon and mint if desired.
