  • 1 cup of yellow cornmeal
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the oil, eggs, and milk.

  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

  5. Pour the batter into a greased 9×9 inch baking dish and smooth out the top.
