  • 6 cups of mixed greens
  • 1 cup of sliced cucumber

  • 1 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1 cup of croutons
  • ½ cup of chopped bacon
  • Dressing of your choice

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the mixed greens.

  2. Slice the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, carrots, bell pepper, and mushrooms.

  3. Arrange the mixed greens in a large salad bowl.

  4. Add the sliced vegetables on top of the mixed greens.

  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese, croutons and chopped bacon over the vegetables.

  6. Serve with dressing of your choice.
