How To Make Nigella’s Pancakes Recipe
Light and fluffy pancakes perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- Butter or oil, for cooking
Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until batter is just combined.

Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.

Using a 1/4 cup measure, scoop batter onto the pan. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until the other side is golden brown.

Repeat with remaining batter.
