How To Make Mrs. Clinton’s Coffee Cake Recipe
A classic coffee cake recipe passed down from Mrs. Clinton herself. It’s the perfect balance of cinnamon sugar and buttery goodness.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture, mixing until just combined.

Fold in sour cream.

In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and cinnamon.

Pour half of the batter into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with half of the cinnamon sugar mixture.

Pour remaining batter on top of cinnamon sugar layer. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar mixture.

Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before serving.
