How To Make Kermit’s Pecan Pralines Recipe
Deliciously sweet and crunchy pecan pralines that will melt in your mouth.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of chopped pecans
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, heavy cream, and butter over medium heat.

Cook until the sugar dissolves and the mixture comes to a boil.

Stir in vanilla extract and pecans, and cook for 5-7 minutes until the mixture reaches soft ball stage (238-240°F).

Remove from heat and stir vigorously until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy.

Using a tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Let the pralines cool and set for 10-15 minutes before serving.
