Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, avocado, mayo, ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parsley, onion, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.

  4. Grill burgers for 4-5 minutes per side, until cooked through.

  5. Serve on buns with desired toppings.
