- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, avocado, mayo, ketchup

In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parsley, onion, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.
