How To Make Clam Casino Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 large clams, scrubbed and opened
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425F (220C).

Remove the clam meat from the shells and chop it finely.

In a bowl, mix together the chopped clams, breadcrumbs, bacon, bell peppers, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Spoon the mixture into the clam shells.

Bake the clams on a baking sheet for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
