Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Place salmon fillets in a baking dish.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

  4. Pour the mixture over the salmon fillets, making sure each fillet is coated.

  5. Arrange lemon slices on top of the salmon fillets.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.

  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
