How To Make Eldon’s Baked Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Place salmon fillets in a baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Pour the mixture over the salmon fillets, making sure each fillet is coated.
