How To Make Benihana Hibachi Fried Rice Recipe

Fried rice with a combination of soy sauce, butter, and garlic.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked white rice
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet or wok, melt butter over medium-high heat.

  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

  3. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

  4. Make a well in the center of the rice, and pour beaten eggs into the well.

  5. Scramble the eggs until cooked and then mix with the rice.

  6. Add soy sauce, green onions, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until all ingredients are combined and heated through.

  7. Serve hot.
