Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, honey, garlic, ginger, and red chili flakes.

  2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Remove chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off, and add to the skillet.

  5. Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown, stirring occasionally.

  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro.

  7. Serve hot with lime wedges on the side.
