- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, cranberries, pecans, parsley, melted butter, chicken broth, salt, and pepper.

Lay the chicken breasts flat and spoon the stuffing mixture onto each breast. Roll up the chicken, securing with toothpicks if necessary.

Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
