Ingredients
- 12 chicken wings
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, lime juice, fish sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, chili paste, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add chicken wings to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for more flavor.

Preheat grill or oven to medium heat.

If grilling, place chicken wings on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes per side, or until cooked through and nicely charred.

If baking, arrange marinated chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with foil and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and crispy.
