- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings and buttermilk. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
