  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cooking oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, mix together the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Dip each chicken piece into the beaten eggs, then coat with the bread crumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.

  3. Heat cooking oil in a large skillet or deep fryer over medium-high heat.

  4. Fry the chicken nuggets in batches for about 5-6 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  5. Transfer the cooked nuggets to a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
