  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into small nugget-sized pieces
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine the bread crumbs, flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Dip each chicken nugget into the whisked eggs and then coat it evenly with the bread crumb mixture.

  4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

  5. Fry the chicken nuggets until they turn golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
