- 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into small nugget-sized pieces
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Oil, for frying
