  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup of chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup of diced sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket into each chicken breast.

  3. In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the filling mixture.

  5. Wrap 2 slices of bacon around each chicken breast, securing with toothpicks if needed.

  6. Place the stuffed chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.

  7. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
