- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (7g) instant yeast
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup pearl sugar
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and instant yeast.

In a separate bowl, mix together warm milk, granulated sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt.

Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

Cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Gently fold in the pearl sugar.

Preheat your waffle iron according to its instructions.

Scoop a spoonful of dough onto the preheated waffle iron and cook until golden brown and crispy.
