Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, whisk together almond milk, vanilla extract, sugar, and cinnamon.

  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

  3. Dip each slice of bread into the almond milk mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.

  4. Place the bread in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown.

  5. Flip the bread and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side.

  6. Remove from the pan and serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
