How To Make Todd’s Famous Blueberry Pancakes
No breakfast is complete without hot stacks of delicious pancakes! You may not be a morning person now, but with our yummy pancake recipes you certainly will be! Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and melted butter.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Gently fold in the blueberries.

Heat a griddle or non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake.

Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.

Serve hot with maple syrup and additional blueberries if desired.
