How To Make Pancakes for one
No breakfast is complete without hot stacks of delicious pancakes! You may not be a morning person now, but with our yummy pancake recipes you certainly will be! Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Maple syrup, for serving
- Butter, for serving
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix; a few lumps are okay.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Grease with a little butter.

Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another minute or until golden brown.

Serve pancakes stack with maple syrup and butter.
