How To Make Almond Meal Pancakes
No breakfast is complete without hot stacks of delicious pancakes! You may not be a morning person now, but with our yummy pancake recipes you certainly will be! Ingredients
- 2 cups almond meal
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Butter or oil for cooking
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the almond meal, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, honey, almond milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter or oil.

Scoop 1/4 cup of the pancake batter onto the hot skillet and spread it out slightly with the back of a spoon.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake.

Flip the pancake and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.

Repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, maple syrup, or yogurt.
