How To Make The Denver Omelet

Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1/4 cup diced ham
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten. Set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Add the diced ham, bell peppers, and onions to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet, evenly distributing the vegetables and ham.

Cook the omelet for 3-4 minutes until the eggs are set around the edges.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over half of the omelet.
