How To Make Le Peep’s Denver Omelette Recipe
Classic Denver omelette with diced ham, onions, bell peppers, and cheese.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced green bell peppers
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.

Add the diced ham, onions, bell peppers, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in the skillet. Once melted, pour in half the egg mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the edges start to set. Sprinkle half of the cheese on top of the omelette.

Use a spatula to fold the omelette in half, then gently slide it onto a plate.

Repeat with the remaining egg mixture and cheese.
