How To Make Baked Eggs Brunch
Eggs for breakfast. Need we say more? There’s no denying that this ingredient is a staple in most people’s morning diets. There’s a good reason behind it, too. Aside from being protein and nutrient-packed, you don’t need to do much in order to make them taste delicious! Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons grated cheese (such as cheddar or Gruyere)
- 4 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley or chives)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Crack two eggs into each individual oven-safe ramekin or small baking dish.

Sprinkle each dish with 1 tablespoon of grated cheese and 1 tablespoon of chopped herbs.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the eggs are set to your liking.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
