  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Crack two eggs into each individual oven-safe ramekin or small baking dish.

  3. Sprinkle each dish with 1 tablespoon of grated cheese and 1 tablespoon of chopped herbs.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the eggs are set to your liking.

  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
