Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.

Pour the egg mixture into the basket and cook for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, gently stir the eggs with a spatula and sprinkle with cheese and green onions, if desired.
