Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • 2 green onions, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  3. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.

  4. Pour the egg mixture into the basket and cook for 5 minutes.

  5. After 5 minutes, gently stir the eggs with a spatula and sprinkle with cheese and green onions, if desired.

  6. Cook for an additional 2 minutes or until the eggs are fully cooked.

  7. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
