Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup your favorite cereal
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, your favorite cereal, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk milk, plain yogurt, egg, and melted butter together.

  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

  5. Divide batter evenly into 4 muffin cups.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
