Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 2 cups of your favorite cereal, crushed (such as corn flakes or Rice Krispies)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a shallow dish, mix together crushed cereal, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

  3. In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.

  4. Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, then coat in the cereal mixture.

  5. Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
