How To Make BLT Egg Sandwich
Our breakfast egg sandwich will keep you full all morning! It’s packed with your classic BLT ingredients and some tasty egg for a hearty meal.

Ingredients
- 3slicesbacon,center cut, such as oscar mayer
- 1egg,large
- 2sliceslight whole wheat bread,such as Arnold light, or gluten-free bread
- 3iceberg lettuce leaves
- 2slicesbeefsteak tomatoes
- 1tbsplight mayonnaise
Instructions

Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Add the bacon and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, turning halfway until crisp. Set aside on a paper towel to drain.

Leave some bacon fat on the pan, then crack the egg, cover and cook until the yolk is set.

Toast the bread.

Slather the mayonnaise on the bottom of the bread, then add the egg, lettuce, bacon and tomatoes.

Cut in half, serve, and enjoy!
