How To Make Pumpkin Spice Breakfast Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup white sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Grease a loaf pan and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.

Add pumpkin puree, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.

Pour mixture into greased loaf pan and bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
