  • ¼cupblue cheese,crumbled

Instructions

  1. Use the knife to slice the cored pear on the cutting board into disks about 1⁄4-inch thick.

  2. Combine the cheeses and the milk in the mixing bowl. Stir with the spoon until well blended.

  3. Spread the mixture on the pear slices.
