How To Make Sweet Dinner Rolls Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 oz active dry yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.

Heat the milk until warm and add it to the flour mixture.

Mix well until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a clean towel. Let it rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Punch down the dough and divide it into 8 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball and place them in a greased baking dish.

Cover again and let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter.

Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let the rolls cool slightly before serving.
