  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

  3. Stir in milk until dough comes together. Knead on a lightly floured surface for 5 minutes.

  4. Roll out dough into a 12×9-inch rectangle. Brush melted butter over the dough.

  5. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle mixture evenly over the dough.

  6. Starting from one long side, tightly roll up the dough. Cut into 1-inch thick slices.

  7. Place slices in the prepared baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
