- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a baking dish.

In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Stir in milk until dough comes together. Knead on a lightly floured surface for 5 minutes.

Roll out dough into a 12×9-inch rectangle. Brush melted butter over the dough.

In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle mixture evenly over the dough.

Starting from one long side, tightly roll up the dough. Cut into 1-inch thick slices.

Place slices in the prepared baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
