How To Make Peach Streusel Bread
Sweet and crumbly bread filled with juicy peaches and topped with a streusel crumb.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup diced peaches (fresh or canned)
- streusel topping:
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp cold butter, cubed
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract.

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Fold in diced peaches.

Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.

In a small bowl, combine flour, sugar, and butter cubes. Use your fingers to crumble mixture into pea-sized pieces.

Sprinkle topping over batter.

Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Allow bread to cool before slicing.
