  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, orange juice, and orange zest.

  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

  5. Gently fold in the cranberries.

  6. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

  7. Bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  8. Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
