How To Make Cranberry Orange Bread
This cranberry orange bread is full of sweet and tangy flavors in every soft bite! Whip up this delicious treat in just under 2 hours.

Ingredients
- 1cupdried sweetened cranberries
- ¾cuporange juice
- 2cupsflour
- ¾cupsugar
- 1½tspbaking powder
- ½tspbaking soda
- ½tspsalt
- 1large egg
- ⅓cupvegetable oil
- 1orange,zested
Instructions

Soak the cranberries in the orange juice in a small bowl.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 9×5-inch loaf pan with baking spray.

Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a large bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, egg and soaked cranberries, orange juice and orange zest until well combined. Whisk in the dry ingredients until just combined.

Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.

Bake for 1 hour, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool for 15 minutes before removing from loaf pan.
