Ingredients

  • 2 cans of refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.

  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into 4 pieces and place them in the prepared baking dish.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well.

  4. Pour the butter and sugar mixture over the cinnamon rolls, making sure to coat them evenly.

  5. Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top, if desired.

  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown and cooked through.

  7. Allow the cake to cool slightly before serving.

  8. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
