  • 4 skewers

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  2. Thread beef and green bell peppers onto skewers, alternating between the two.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. Brush skewers with the mixture.
