Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  2. In the same skillet, add the garlic, broccoli, and red bell pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes, until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and ginger powder. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir to coat evenly.

  4. Return the steak to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Divide the steak and vegetables into 4 serving pots. Garnish with sesame seeds.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
