Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns

Instructions
-
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
-
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent it from puffing up during cooking.

Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
-
Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes, until lightly toasted.
-
Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on each bun, then adding lettuce, tomato, and any other desired toppings.
-
Serve the burgers with condiments like ketchup and mustard.
-
Enjoy your homemade beef burgers!
