Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • Optional toppings: cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, condiments

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, diced red pepper, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  2. Shape the mixture into 4 patties and make an indentation in the center of each patty with your thumb.

  3. Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the burgers for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

  4. Remove from heat and let the burgers rest for a few minutes.

  5. Toast the burger buns and assemble the burgers with desired toppings.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
