How To Make Beef & red pepper burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, condiments
Instructions

In a bowl, combine ground beef, diced red pepper, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into 4 patties and make an indentation in the center of each patty with your thumb.

Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the burgers for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

Remove from heat and let the burgers rest for a few minutes.

Toast the burger buns and assemble the burgers with desired toppings.
