  • 12 fresh apricots, halved and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or broiler.

  2. Place the apricot halves, cut side up, on a baking sheet.

  3. Drizzle honey over each apricot half.

  4. Sprinkle thyme leaves over the top.

  5. Grill or broil for about 5-7 minutes until the apricots are softened and caramelized.

  6. Serve warm as is or with a dollop of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
