How To Make Homemade Guacamole

Skip the store bought containers and whip up your own homemade guacamole, made fresh and richer with creamy avocados, onions, and tomatoes!

Ingredients

  • 4hass avocados,ripe, peeled. cored, seeded, scooped from peel
  • cupred onion,rinsed under water in mesh strainer, drained, finely chopped
  • 1large roma tomato,seeded then diced
  • 2tbspcilantro,finely chopped
  • 1jalapeño,seeded, minced
  • 1garlic clove,minced
  • tbsplime juice,fresh
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper,to taste

Instructions

  1. Add the avocados to a larger bowl and cut into avocados with a pastry cutter or fork until desired texture is achieved.

  2. Add the red onion, tomato, cilantro, jalapeño, garlic, lime and season with salt and pepper to taste. 

  3. Toss the mixture, then serve immediately with chips, and enjoy!
