How To Make Alpine Fries

Fries don’t always have to be the regular, straight-cut potatoes. Not only are they the best go-to snack for many, but they also they pair excellently with other meals as a fun add-on. Have some not-so-ordinary fries with these best fries recipes.

  • 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper until well coated.

  3. Arrange the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are crispy and golden brown.

  5. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
