How To Make Alpine Fries
Fries don’t always have to be the regular, straight-cut potatoes. Not only are they the best go-to snack for many, but they also they pair excellently with other meals as a fun add-on. Have some not-so-ordinary fries with these best fries recipes.

- 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper until well coated.

Arrange the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are crispy and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
