  • 8 slices of baguette
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, cherry tomatoes, basil, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

  4. Remove the baguette slices from the oven and let them cool slightly.

  5. Top each slice with the tomato mixture, distributing it evenly.

  6. Return the crostini to the oven and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes, until the tomatoes are slightly softened and the cheese is melted.

  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
