Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Place the feta cheese in a small baking dish.

  3. Drizzle olive oil over the cheese and sprinkle with garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.

  4. Gently toss the cherry tomatoes with the feta cheese.

  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese starts to soften and slightly brown on top.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.

  7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve warm with crusty bread or crackers.
